About the event
Meteorolgical summer begins on the 1st of June and astronomical summer on the 21st - the summer solstice, which will be at 3.41am in 2025. The solstice marks the time when day equals night and then, after 3 days of standstill, we begin to see longer days and shorter nights (see our special event to mark this on 21st June). So come along to our June gathering in 2025 to celebrate the light with good company and great seasonal changes.
